We're currently accepting applications for the Dine Around Town program!
How to apply:
- Download and print the application here.
- Complete the application. (Please note, this form cannot be completed online. You must print and complete the application by hand.)
- Email: Scan and email your completed application to yubasuttermow@agencyonaging4.org
- In person: Drop it off at our office located at the Yuba City Senior Center, 777 Ainsley Ave, Yuba City, CA.Office Hours are Tues/Thurs 8:30AM-3:30PM. Drop off applications in the black box outside office door outside of office hours

Program Eligibility
Age
- Individuals 60 years of age or older
Income
- No income requirement
Other
- Eligible individuals are those who are homebound by reason of illness, disability, or who are otherwise isolated
- Spouses of eligible participants, regardless of age, may also receive meals if it is beneficial to the participant
- Individuals with a disability who reside at home with an older individual may receive a meal if it is in the best interest of the older adult
Program Prioritization
Dine Around Town program usually has a waitlist. Because of high interest in the program, we established a prioritization process to assure individuals struggling with food insecurity, social isolation, nutrition risks, multiple chronic diseases, risks for falls and other program-related issues have priority for receiving DAT meals.
